Being & Doing (Luke 10:1-42)

The Advent Of Peace

As we celebrate Christmas, the use of the advent liturgy helps us to focus on Jesus as the object of our anticipation. In sharp contrast to the enforced peace under the Roman rule of the time, Jesus came to introduce a peace that comes from the heart, not the law.
